Produced from a unique plot on the side of the mountain built mostly of rock formed by a volcanic eruption.

The name of the brand The north lake is derived from the place of the vineyards overlooking Lake Dalton at an altitude of 870 m above sea level.

A combination of cold dishes, westerly winds and a bit of soil on a ventilated volcanic rock gives the vineyard a unique and exceptional quality.

The wine is made from 100% Viognier grapes. Aged in French oak barrels for 3 months.

A mineral wine with a light golden color. The wine combines aromas of peach and citrus blossoms. Medium body and a sour and refreshing finish.

Alcohol: 12.5%

Serving temperature: 4-5 degrees
