Description
Port-style wine made from pomegranates that have reached the peak of their ripeness. The fermentation of this wine was stopped early in order to preserve the natural sweetness of the pomegranate fruit.
The wine is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels in the sun, the Galilean climate characterized by hot days and cold nights maintains a proper balance of temperatures in the barrels.
The wine is characterized by aromas and flavors of pomegranate fruit in the background flavors of chocolate, vanilla and berries, which were bestowed from the barrel.
Goes great with entrees, as a dessert and in combination with hard cheeses.
