A varietal wine made from Cabernet Franc grapes, a low yield on this unique trout, modern technology and meticulous work gives a unique wine with a purplish red color and aroma of ripe fruit.

The wine was aged in French oak barrels for 18 months. The wine is balanced, round, soft and very pleasant to drink.

A unique class is produced on the side of the mountain built mostly of rock formed by a volcanic eruption.

 The name of the brand The north lake is derived from the place of the vineyards overlooking Lake Dalton at an altitude of 870 m above sea level.

A combination of cold dishes, westerly winds and a bit of soil on a ventilated volcanic rock gives the vineyard a unique and exceptional quality.
