The wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes. Aged in French oak barrels for 5 months.

A complex, rich and full-bodied wine, with a rainbow of flavors and aromas of ripe fruit alongside tropical fruit and flowers. Mineral wine with a hint of oak.

Produced from a unique plot on the side of the mountain built mostly of rock formed by a volcanic eruption.

The name of the brand The north lake is derived from the place of the vineyards overlooking Lake Dalton at an altitude of 870 m above sea level.A combination of cold dishes, westerly winds and a bit of soil on a ventilated volcanic rock gives the vineyard a unique and exceptional quality.
