This dessert wine is made from the purity of the pomegranate fruit that comes from the fruit orchards of Pelto Kerem Ben Zimra in the Upper Galilee.
The wine is made from a new variety of pomegranate using traditional technology.
The pomegranates were picked when they reached a maximum level of ripeness, the fermentation of the pomegranate juice was stopped early in order to maintain the natural sweetness of the fruit.
This wine is characterized by a fruity aroma and a refreshing finish.
