Dry White Wine | 2021
This wine is produced in a unique department located on a mountainside built mostly of rock formed by a volcanic eruption above the Dalton Plateau at 870 meters above sea level.
The soil on which the vines are planted is rich in minerals and drained well. A combination of cold dishes, westerly winds and a bit of soil over a volcanic fan rock gives the vineyard a unique and exceptional quality.
The wine is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes with a floral aroma with a slight herbaceousness
A fruity wine with great acidity and a light and crisp finish.
