 Chenin Blanc | Dry wine 2020 

The wine is produced in a unique class located on a mountainside built of rock formed by a volcanic eruption,at an altitude of 870 meters above sea level.

The soil on which the vines are planted is rich in minerals and drained well.

There is a combination of cold dishes, westerly winds and a bit of soil over a ventilated volcanic rock which gives the vineyard a unique and exceptional quality.

This wine is made from 100% Chenin Blanc grapes. Aged in French oak barrels for 5 months.

A wine with a floral golden color rich in aromas and flavors of citrus, crispy and buttery.

Has a refreshing ending.
