Description
This exciting and elegant pomegranate liqueur is made from 100% pomegranate fruit from the Kerem Ben Zimra plateau in the Upper Galilee. The wine is produced by a new pomegranate variety using traditional technology.
The pomegranates were picked after reaching maximal ripeness. The wine aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. Characterized by a bold crimson color, exquisite pomegranate flavors and aromas, signs of quality aging, and a long and pleasant endnote.
Pairs well with meat, fish, and pasta dishes.
