The wine is made from a new variety of pomegranate using traditional technology.
The pomegranates were harvested when they reached a maximum level of ripeness, the fermentation of the pomegranate juice was stopped early in order to maintain the natural sweetness of the fruit.
This wine is characterized by a fruity aroma and a refreshing finish.
