Produced from a unique plot on the side of the mountain built mostly of rock formed by a volcanic eruption above plato Dalton,  at an altitude of 870 meters above sea level.

The soil on which the vines are planted is rich in minerals and well drained.

A combination of cold dishes, westerly winds and a bit of soil over a ventilated volcanic rock gives the vineyard a unique and exceptional quality.

The wine is made from 100% canal Muscat grapes. The wine has a copper gold color with a ripe peach aroma, a little seasoning, hints of ginger and apricot. Full taste, rich, sweet, wonderfully concentrated. A weave of balanced exotic flavors with good acidity. The wine was aged for 60 months in old French oak barrels.
