 The wine is produced in a unique class located on a mountainside built of rock formed by a volcanic eruption,

At an altitude of 870 meters above sea level.

The soil on which the vines are planted is rich in minerals and drained well.

A combination of cold dishes, westerly winds, and a bit of soil over a ventilated volcanic rock gives the vineyard a unique quality.

The blend is unique and complex (Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Patty Verdot, and Syrah) The grapes were selected from the best plots that year. The wine was aged for 24 months in French oak barrels, characterized by a seasoning rich in flavors and aromas of blackberries, roasted coffee, and cocoa.
